What do you manufacture?
Batteries, all sorts of batteries, for cars, marine, caravans, golf buggy batteries. Has been manufacturing for nearly 95 years now.

What do you love about your job?
It’s the company always changing, don’t get too comfortable because things change all the time. Always doing new things, always updating our software. The manufacturing community is really down to earth.

What is one piece of wisdom you would like to share?
Maturity, listens a lot more. Learning, challenged, embracing change
Constantly learn, look at the positive things

What are you working on at the moment? Projects etc.
Budgets, $8 million dollar production line (rotary expander), TM1
