Rob Cheesman, Director
Rob has more than twenty years of experience as an accountant (CPA), process improvement and ERP implementation consultant. Rob has an industry background in manufacturing and has been involved in improvements to processes and systems for businesses both in Australia and overseas. Rob will focus on the ROI for your business. He is particularly skilled in getting the right information to the right people at the right time so they can be proactive in managing the business.
Rob will run the odd marathon in his spare time and enjoys family holidays at the beach and overseas.
Luis Zavaleta, Senior Account Manager
Luis has an extensive background in the ERP industry having worked in ERP consultancy and as a customer of ERP before moving to Account Management and Sales. His experience expands the Americas, Asia and Australia. This unique blend has allowed him to be effective in gaining a deep understanding of the unique opportunities for manufacturing companies. He is now responsible for expanding KPS’ leadership in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji, ensuring that all customers receive the highest level of service and value from KPS.
Luis enjoys motorsports, playing just about any sport and holidaying at home and abroad with his family.
Terry Bloom, Senior Account Manager
Terry has worked in the ERP industry for over 26 years, with the vast majority of those being in the QAD landscape. His background includes progress programming, implementation consulting, pre-sales and account management. Terry holds several APICS certifications and works with companies to ensure they leverage technology and best practice to effectively manage their supply chain in an ever-changing manufacturing environment.
Based in Melbourne, Terry enjoys travel and making the most of spare time with family and friends.
Angela Whittle, Project Manager
Angela’s background is in manufacturing and distribution in the Life Sciences, Food and Beverage and Configured Consumer Goods areas. Angela has performed ERP implementations in New Zealand, Australia, Asia, Europe and the USA. She has experience with FDA regulations, is our specialist in Quality Management Systems and Computer System Validation (CSV) and is Certified in Life Sciences for QAD. Angela performs Programme and Project Management for Kettering and is a PRINCE2® Practitioner. She is also a qualified Coach with the Australian Institute of Professional Coaches.
Outside of work Angela enjoys volunteer mentoring with Business Mentors New Zealand, meetings and events at her local Rotary club and spending time with family at their many sporting activities like swimming and cheerleading.
Kim Christofis, Senior Consultant
Kim has a background in Manufacturing and Logistics Management. Kim has successfully managed and implemented QAD in Australia and overseas with a focus on business improvement and automation. Companies utilise his skills in automation to improve efficiency in the business.
He specialises in Manufacturing, Forecasting/Planning and Inventory Management focusing on Customer Satisfaction/order fulfilment.
Kim is a proud Harley-Davidson owner and enjoys long rides with fellow enthusiasts around Australia and overseas.
Yashobhana Wanigasekara, Senior Consultant
Yash has a background in Manufacturing and IT Services and has worked both in Australia and overseas. He has a broad knowledge of QAD and has been the lead consultant for many of our new implementations and upgrades for customers in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.
Yash is our integration specialist, enabling our customers to integrate seamlessly to external parties (including 3PLs) and to other applications such as EFTPOS solutions.
Yash is a huge cricket fan and, with his two boys, enjoys both watching and participating in the game.
Paul Hamilton, Senior Consultant/Service Desk Team Leader
Paul has ten plus years’ experience as a commercial accountant followed by over fifteen years’ as an ERP Analyst / Consultant. Paul has a range of industry experience including automotive manufacturing, food production, health services, mining and State and Local government. Paul is a problem solver and loves nothing better than the challenge of finding a solution to a difficult scenario.
Away from work, Paul will either be on the tennis court, at a car show or going on a long drive with a group of fellow car enthusiasts – passions shared with his teenage son.
Natalie Cameron, Operations Manager
Nat has worked with QAD, delivering application services for over twenty years. Nat has worked in manufacturing in Australia and overseas and understands the complexities each client has in ensuring their ERP works best for them. With a keen focus on continuous improvement she has worked to develop the Application Managed Services offering and built a team which provides first line Support for on-premise clients.
Nat and Phil enjoy spending their time off walking in the bush around Brisbane and the occasional visits from their boys.
Jenny Cassar, Senior Consultant/Project Manager
A seasoned Business Consultant with over 25 Years’ experience within the manufacturing industry working in Australia, USA, Canada and Ireland bringing a diverse range of business experience across Catering, Planning, Procurement, Supply Chain and Facilities Maintenance.
When not at work, Jenny enjoys kayaking and going on adventures with family and friends.
Noel Infante, Technical Consultant
Noel has more than twenty years of experience in QAD and Progress, involving all facets of the Systems Development Life Cycle. He has exposure in several industries including Discrete and Process Manufacturing, Automotive, Food & Beverage, Packaging, and Pharmaceutical.
He is an avid sports fan. His favourite team is the NBA’s Los Angeles Lakers.
Katie Cheesman, People Support
Katie has had over 25 years’ experience in business in varying capacities. More recently she is combining her business and her counselling experience to be the HR Manager at Kettering. Katie is passionate about team culture and ensuring the wellbeing of staff. Katie believes a workplace should be enjoyable and that everyone should be heard and respected. You will often hear her having a laugh or encouraging others.
Katie also has a strong passion for Tudor history and travel, and she tries to combine these interests where she can. She keeps busy with two teenagers and volunteering as an In School Youth Mentor in her spare time.
Laura Shyhun, Administration Manager
Laura has a strong background in supporting manufacturing businesses in Administration and is excited to develop her skills more. She also enjoys continual learning and has studied both business and accounting in her spare time . Laura supports the Sales team along with managing the admin side of things here at Kettering and will also be involved in marketing, events and management of client profiles.
When not at work, Laura likes to spend time with her family, friends and enjoys going to the gym to keep herself active.
Sarah Christ, Service Desk Consultant
Sarah is a business/IT student at QUT, currently majoring in computer science/economics. Sarah has a background of customer service and has knowledge about data base systems design. She is excited to learn more about database management during her time at Kettering.
Sarah is also familiar with programming languages C, C# and Java.
Outside of work she enjoys boxing as well as spending time walking her dog and finding trails.
Robert Cheesman, Service Desk Consultant
Robert started working with Kettering in 2019 and has worked predominantly on QAD’s browses and QRF reports. He works mostly in the support role, as is always happy to help with any issue you may be facing.
When not busy with service desk calls, he is often found working on continuous improvements for Kettering, to help it run faster and more effectively. Robert is also currently studying IT at QUT.
Away from work and university, Robert enjoys playing video games and making music, mostly on the guitar.
Chris Heard, Consultant
Chris has 15 years experience in Manufacturing Industries before working as a Consultant in the ERP industry for the last 30 years, with the vast majority of those being in the QAD landscape. He has been involved in Implementation Consulting, Project Management, Training and Solution Development. Chris has recently gained a Certificate of Achievement in a Train the Trainer Program run at Adelaide University.
Chris specialises in Manufacturing, Forecasting/Planning and Inventory Management but has also been involved in the implementation of all QAD Modules over the years.
Chris enjoys watching all forms of sport, exercising and looking after his Marine Aquarium.
Vishal Agarwal, Consultant
Having worked in programming and with QAD for over 20 years, Vishal’s experience has been both as a consultant and within companies. He enjoys not only the technical programming side, but the thoughts behind the development including the analysis and design to ensure the client gets the result they are after.
Vishal enjoys continuous development of his skills as he feels this is necessary in this fast paced world.
Damien Sandery, Senior Consultant
Damien has been an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) consultant for 20 years with Professional Services experience providing consulting expertise to multimillion-dollar companies across diverse industries. Respected in developing knowledge of client’s business and identifying implementation requirements to enable the configuration of the ERP and other software solutions to meet the client needs.
He is skilled in providing ERP product expertise to the client in his domain of responsibility across business functions for Manufacturing, Distribution, and Financials. Damien is also experienced in providing ERP interoperability solutions that increase business productivity and improve business processes within business system functions and with 3rd party applications.
