Rob Cheesman, Director
Rob has more than twenty years of experience as an accountant (CPA), process improvement and ERP implementation consultant. Rob has an industry background in manufacturing and has been involved in improvements to processes and systems for businesses both in Australia and overseas. Rob will focus on the ROI for your business. He is particularly skilled in getting the right information to the right people at the right time so they can be proactive in managing the business.
Rob will run the odd marathon in his spare time and enjoys family holidays at the beach and overseas.
Luis Zavaleta, Senior Account Manager
Luis has an extensive background in the ERP industry having worked in ERP consultancy and as a customer of ERP before moving to Account Management and Sales. His experience expands the Americas, Asia and Australia. This unique blend has allowed him to be effective in gaining a deep understanding of the unique opportunities for manufacturing companies. He is now responsible for expanding KPS’ leadership in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji, ensuring that all customers receive the highest level of service and value from KPS.
Luis enjoys motorsports, playing just about any sport and holidaying at home and abroad with his family.
Angela Whittle, Services Manager
Angela’s background is in manufacturing and distribution in the Life Sciences, Food and Beverage and Configured Consumer Goods areas. Angela has performed ERP implementations in New Zealand, Australia, Asia, Europe and the USA. She has a strong regulatory background and is our specialist in Quality Management Systems. Angela also manages our EDI implementations and many of our customers are now utilising EDI with the large grocery and hardware chains in Australia and New Zealand.
Angela studied interior design as a hobby and in her spare time will renovate and decorate anything she can get her hands on.
Kim Christofis, Senior Consultant
Kim has a background in Manufacturing and Logistics Management. Kim has successfully managed and implemented QAD in Australia and overseas with a focus on business improvement and automation. Companies utilise his skills in automation to improve efficiency in the business.
He specialises in Manufacturing, Forecasting/Planning and Inventory Management focusing on Customer Satisfaction/order fulfilment. Kim is a proud Harley-Davidson owner and enjoys long rides with fellow enthusiasts around Australia and overseas.
Yashobhana Wanigasekara, Senior Consultant
Yash has a background in Manufacturing and IT Services and has worked both in Australia and overseas. He has a broad knowledge of QAD and has been the lead consultant for many of our new implementations and upgrades for customers in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.
Yash is our integration specialist, enabling our customers to integrate seamlessly to external parties (including 3PLs) and to other applications such as EFTPOS solutions.
Yash is a huge cricket fan and, with his two boys, enjoys both watching and participating in the game.
Paul Hamilton, ERP Consultant
Paul has ten plus years’ experience as a commercial accountant followed by over fifteen years’ as an ERP Analyst / Consultant. Paul has a range of industry experience including automotive manufacturing, food production, health services, mining and State and Local government. Paul is a problem solver and loves nothing better than the challenge of finding a solution to a difficult scenario.
Away from work, Paul will either be on the tennis court, at a car show or going on a long drive with a group of fellow car enthusiasts – passions shared with his teenage son.
Glen McDougall, Technical Account Manager
Glen is our Technical Account Manager with over 25 years’ experience in QAD Applications. Glen’s skills also include extensive knowledge of the full Product Suites that we offer, he also performs other technical services to complement our customers. Glen values keeping his skills up to date and has completed his ITIL® Foundation Certification and plans to continue developing his ITIL skills.
Glen is a Trainer and Assessor/volunteer for the Victoria State Emergency Service and regularly attends emergency call outs. When Glen has spare time, he enjoys hobbies that use previous learnt skills developed as a Wood Machinist and an Architectural Draftsperson with projects around the house for family and friends.
Ron Hunt, Technical Consultant
Ron has over 20 years’ experience working as a Progress Database Administrator and back-end developer – and worked before that as an analyst/programmer and system administrator. He also spent some time working in the QAD Cloud Team in New Jersey.
Ron’s IT career has spanned the globe! He has worked in the US, Yugoslavia (when it existed), UK, Indonesia and, of course, Australia.
Natalie Cameron, Support Manager
Natalie is a very experienced Progress Programmer and understands the complexities each client has in ensuring their ERP works best for them. Natalie has worked both in Australia and overseas. She not only understands the detail of the functionality involved but can see the “big picture view” and identify potential impacts to wider functionality within the system.
Natalie and her family enjoy time on their remote farm whenever they can get away. Her two boys are close to entering University so she is kept busy supporting them both while they work towards an exciting future.
Gordon Gilmore, Developer
Gordon has extensive knowledge of QAD and Progress and has worked in Financial and Manufacturing Environments as a Programmer for over 30 years. He has extensive knowledge of EDI configuration using the many global standards our clients end customers require.
Gordon also provides integration services to many clients internally developed systems using APIs. Gordon has family all over Australia and can pop up in Tasmania one week and Canberra the next.
Katie Cheesman, HR Manager
Katie has had over 25 years’ experience in business in varying capacities. More recently she is combining her business and her counselling experience to be the HR Manager at Kettering. Katie is passionate about team culture and ensuring the wellbeing of staff. Katie believes a workplace should be enjoyable and that everyone should be heard and respected. You will often hear her having a laugh or encouraging others.
Katie also has a strong passion for Tudor history and travel, and she tries to combine these interests where she can. She keeps busy with two teenagers and volunteering as an In School Youth Mentor in her spare time.
Sue Dowrie, Administration Manager
Sue has many years of administration experience and is there to support every aspect of the business. She utilises all our internal back end systems to ensure the Clients receive timely and accurate information regarding current projects.
Sue is a great fan of camping and often packs up her 4WD and disappears into the wilderness to enjoy the peace, the tranquillity and the company of friends.
Laura Shyhun, Sales Administration
Laura has a strong background in supporting manufacturing businesses in Administration and is excited to develop more into Sales. She also enjoys continual learning and has studied both business and accounting in her spare time . Laura supports the Sales team here at Kettering and will also be involved in marketing, events and management of client profiles.
When not at work, Laura likes to spend time with her family and enjoys going to the gym to keep herself active.
