Kettering joins Atturra

Kettering Professional Services has joined ASX-listed, leading advisory and technology solutions provider Atturra (ASX:ATA), with the acquisition completed on the 1st of March 2022.

This acquisition will enable Kettering to further accelerate growth and offer our clients a richer breadth of services by leveraging the diverse capability within Atturra. Kettering and Atturra’s aligned approach to providing specialised IT services made this a clear synergy of our businesses. We will utilise the combined strengths of our organisations to unlock new growth opportunities in the manufacturing industry.

We have an experienced team and a strong, long-term client base who trust us as an IT services provider. This acquisition will enable us to retain our unique value while also bolstering our capability by tapping into Atturra’s extensive network of technology and industry partners. Not only will our clients benefit but also our staff, with new professional development opportunities and career pathways.

Kettering will continue to deliver expert solutions to clients, now with the support of one of Australia’s leading providers of consulting, IT services and technology solutions.

Atturra Chief Executive Officer, Stephen Kowal, said:
“It is great to welcome Kettering to the Atturra business. Kettering is a great fit both strategically and culturally. Atturra is passionate about building sovereign capabilities and ensuring that our clients, whether they are in the public or private sector, have a genuine local option. Atturra will now have over 50 manufacturing clients and is the Australian market leader in QAD services. Atturra Limited ABN 34 654 662 638 Atturra is also well positioned to become the Advisory and IT Solutions provider of choice for the manufacturing sector. The partnership between QAD and Boomi provide additional opportunities for Atturra, as we are already the domestic leader in Boomi services. This allows us to serve Kettering’s existing client base and any new clients even better.”

Founder and current CEO of Kettering, Rob Cheesman, added:
“Kettering and Atturra share a vision to optimise manufacturer’s operations while freeing teams to focus on strategic aspects of their business. Kettering’s expertise combined with QAD solutions meet a need for enterprise resource planning excellence that is highly complementary to Atturra’s comprehensive consulting services and existing technology solutions. Joining forces with Atturra gives us the best of both worlds: a highly skilled team focused on manufacturing with the backing of a greatly respected Australian public company. Having such a strong cultural fit with Atturra, I know our staff and clients will get this benefit in full.”
